Torah Flora, a Teaneck-based program that demonstrates how understanding and appreciating Torah can be enriched by insights from science and the history of food and agriculture, has planned talks and walks. Biblical and talmudic ethnobotanist Dr. Jon Greenberg leads the programs.
On Thursday, April 7, at 7 p.m., the Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morristown holds a Zoom lecture on biblical botany. On Sunday, April 10, at 3 p.m., Congregation Lev LeDaas in Teaneck is sponsoring a free walking tour. Meet at the shul, 1193 E. Laurelton Parkway.
