Remembering the Catskills

On April 23, 30 Temple Emeth members boarded a bus to the Borscht Belt Museum in Ellenville, N.Y. The outing began with lunch at Cohen’s Bakery and was followed by a guided tour of the museum, which is dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Catskills resort area and celebrating its history.
