As a part of Congregation Shir Shalom’s congregational meeting last month, the synagogue’s men’s club donated several Chromebooks to the synagogue’s Makom religious school for use in the school’s classrooms.

Congregation Shir Shalom, a new Rockland County-based synagogue, was created on July 1, 2021, as a result of the consolidation of the Montebello Jewish Center and the Nanuet Hebrew Center. It is housed in the former Nanuet Hebrew Center’s building in New City. For more information, call (845) 708-9181 or go to shirshalomrockland.org.
