If you ask AI for Moses in a basket…
AI promises all sorts of marvels for us (and, to be fair, all sorts of terrors as well). Huge numbers of the best minds in the world are hard at work on it, we’re told.
But it still has some wrinkles that have to be worked out.
Someone asked for an image of Moses in a basket, floating on the Nile. AI devoted the nanosecond that AI always devotes to such requests, and then sent back this one. Not-so-baby Moses certainty looks startled. And well he might! He appears to have three hands, and one of them is growing out of the basket. He seems to have no body. But he is in a basket! There is (oddly swirling, but whatever) water! Happy Pesach!
