Rabbi Dr. Laibl Wolf discusses “Jewish Mindfulness and Meditation — How to Lead a Stress-Free and Meaningful Life” at Lubavitch on the Palisades in Tenafly, on Tuesday, January 17, at 7:30 p.m. Rabbi Wolf, an Australian, is the author of a best-selling book, “Practical Kabbalah,” and has lectured in more than 500 cities around the world for the last 30 years.
