Reception promotes Israel Bonds

Temple Beth El of Northern Valley held its first annual State of Israel Bonds breakfast on December 11. Susan and Seth Schwinger were honored; David Fischer and Stephen Verp were co-chairs. Gil Tamary, the Washington bureau chief for Israel’s Channel 10 News, was the guest speaker.
