Zalmen Mlotek, an international expert on Yiddish folk and theater music, will perform on Tuesday, Nov. 11, for Cafe Europa, a social program the Jewish Family Service of North Jersey sponsors for Holocaust survivors, funded in part by the Conference on Material Claims Against Germany, Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, and private donations.
