The federation objects - The Jewish Standard

The Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey has sponsored candidates’ forums for many years to better inform the public and the Jewish community on election issues. The federation and its Jewish Community Relations Council are both completely nonpartisan in the conduct of all election year activities and in all political affairs. We do not endorse candidates for public office and do not offer any views regarding the positions and actions of any candidate.

Joy Kurland, director of Federation’s JCRC, denies the statement attributed to her (“Roy Cho shows up,” October 24). The federation supports her desire to set the record straight.
