Teaneck Garden Club sale is now

Garden Club of Teaneck’s annual plant sale continues through May 15. It offers a large variety of locally grown plants at great prices, including annual flowers, perennials, vegetables, herbs, houseplants, succulents, hanging baskets, container arrangements, and Mother’s Day gifts. It also includes unusual specialty plants and handcrafted herbal salves.

The sale is at 298 Lindbergh Boulevard in Teaneck; on weekends it’s open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on weekdays the hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Bob O’Brien, who was a dedicated member of the Jewish Standard staff for many years and died suddenly this year, also was an active and dedicated volunteer at the Teaneck Garden Club. We know that the Garden Club’s members miss him sorely, because we share that sense of great loss.
