Franklin Lakes shul gets jump on a spring welcoming festival
Temple Emanuel of North Jersey offers a “Spring Ahead Festival” for all ages. It will feature a cooking demo led by Michal Levison, author of “Seasoned Moments”; children’s STEAM activities; screenings of “In Search of Israeli Cuisine” and “Woman In Gold”; a light lunch, and a light cabaret-style dinner. The daylong programs are Sunday, March 10, from 2 to 4 p.m., and from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Ms. Levison’s cookbooks will be for sale at the festival.
