On February 6, families from Temple Emanu-El of Closter sorted food and toiletry items donated by congregants for the Corner Market Food Pantry at Jewish Family & Children’s Services in Teaneck. Once the sorting was done, they went to the Teaneck food pantry to stock the shelves.

Families with children of all ages were able to participate in the important mitzvah of feeding the hungry while learning the value of supporting the community. To schedule a collection for JFCS, go to JFCSNNJ.org.
