Women's conference set for May 3 - The Jewish Standard

The annual spring conference for the Garden State region of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, this year called “The Aleph Female,” will be on May 3, at Temple – Congregation Anshe Emeth in Highland Park at 9:15 a.m. It offers members of local sisterhoods the chance to meet and network with women from other synagogue sisterhoods in central and northern New Jersey and Staten Island.

Susan Romanoff of Temple Emanuel of the Pascack Valley in Woodcliff Lake and Eve Fields of the Pine Brook Jewish Center in Montville are the conference chairs. Miriam Gray of Westwood, who has been involved in Jewish education for more than 50 years, will talk about “Boisterous, Bold and Beautiful Women in the Bible.”
