Wayne JWV visits West Point for annual oneg Shabbat

Members of the Kaufman-Harris-Cone-Wayne Post 695 of the Jewish War Veterans of the USA, headquartered at Temple Beth Tikvah in Wayne, recently hosted their 30th annual oneg Shabbat at the Jewish chapel at West Point Military Academy.

After years of fundraising, the Jewish chapel held its first service in 1984. JWV Post 695 Wayne held its first oneg Shabbat there in 1985. Since then the Post goes annually to interact with the cadets.
