On the first Wednesday of each month, Rockland Jewish Family Service offers mindfulness and meditation and other techniques that work to reduce stress and anxiety. Experience deep relaxation and peace with music, mindfulness, and other simple tools you can use in daily life. Participants at all levels of experience are welcome.
Meditative practices have been deeply rooted in Judaism for thousands of years. Mindful Mornings are on the first Wednesday of every month at the Jewish Community Campus.
