Project Sarah breakfast in April
Project Sarah’s 13th annual breakfast is set for Sunday, April 7, at 9:30 a.m., at Congregation Keter Torah in Teaneck. (Sarah stands for Stop Abusive Relationships at Home.)
Drs. Chava and Ephraim Casper are the guests of honor, Rabbi Menachem and Sarah Genack will receive the Rabbinical Support award, and Mandy Richman is the Volunteer Recognition awardee. Guest speaker Saranne Rothberg, founder of Comedy Cures, will discuss “How to Use Humor, Laughter and Play as Your Personal Stressbusters.”
Aviva Distenfeld, Judith Halpern, and Sheryl Schainker chair the breakfast. The shul is at 600 Roemer Ave. Babysitting is available with reservations, and there will be valet parking. For information, go to www.projectsarah.org or call (973) 777-7638.
