Local participants attend AJC forum
The New Jersey division of the American Jewish Committee brought a record number of delegates to this year’s global forum, which was held in Washington earlier this month. The three-day forum included major policy addresses, meals with diplomats, meetings with elected officials, and the opportunity to connect with Jews from around the country and the world.
“At Monday’s plenary session it was such a thrill to see and hear our own New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez speaking passionately about issues with the deal with Iran,” said Simone Wilker of Washington Township, a veteran global forum participant.
