Learning about Jewish New York 

Martin Schneit, a lifelong New Yorker, historian, and licensed city tour guide, talks about “How Jewish America Began in the Big Apple,” on Zoom, on Sunday , July 24, at 7 p.m., for the Jewish Historical Society of North Jersey. Topics include Sholom Aleichem, Brighton Beach, Zabar’s, and the Brownsville Girls to Yeshiva University and Henry Youngman.
