Bonds to honor Rockland couples
State of Israel Bonds, Rockland/Upstate New York/Bergen County/Northern New Jersey hosts a breakfast at the New City Jewish Center on Sunday, March 31 at 9:30 a.m. NCJC congregants Eszter and Peter Friedman and Beth and Gary Israel will be honored. IDF Sgt Benjamin Anthony, a combat veteran who is the founder of “Our Soldiers Speak,” is the guest speaker.
