The Allen and Joan Bildner Center for the Study of Jewish Life offers an in-person panel discussion, “Black Americans, Jewish Americans: Racial and Ethnic ‘Passing’ in Literature and Film and the Struggle to Belong.” Donavan L. Ramon of Southern Illinois University and Rachel Gordan of the University of Florida are the panelists; the moderator is film and cultural critic Gene Seymour.
