Art in Tenafly this weekend

“Life Inside Still Life, Paintings by Yuriy Danich” will be on display from Sept. 2 to 24 at the Waltuch Gallery of the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly. There will be a reception for the artist on Sunday, Sept. 9, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Danich was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and studied at the Petersburg Russian College for Graphic Design and then The Academy of Fine Art in Russia. His paintings are in private collections in New York, Boston, Stockholm, and Los Angeles.
