Wayne food pantry needs help

The Wayne Interfaith Network relies on local houses of worship, businesses, organizations, and residents to support more than 170 food-insecure local families to get the nutrition they need.

Right now, staples in short supply at the WIN pantry include non-expired canned protein (tuna, chicken, and stew), peanut butter and jelly, condiments, cooking oil, pasta and sauce, and shampoo.

Donations can be dropped off at Wayne’s ShopRite, Jack’s Super Foodtown, Pristine Auto Spa, the Wayne Health Department, and at the pantry. Donations can also be dropped off at Wednesday night summer concerts outside Town Hall. Go to www.winfoodpantry.org for information. If you need help from the pantry, call (973) 694-1900.
