Valley Chabad to break ground in Woodcliff Lake
Valley Chabad welcomes the community to the groundbreaking and cornerstone setting of its new home, 530 Chestnut Ridge Road, in Woodcliff Lake, on Sunday, May 17, 11 a.m. to noon. This marks a historic milestone for the Pascack Valley and Saddle River communities. All neighbors and friends are welcome.
The new Valley Chabad Home, at about 20,000 square feet, will house a sanctuary, social hall, library, Hebrew school, preschool, and teen lounge. Construction has begun; completion is expected in 2027’s first quarter.
The new center will provide a permanent home for Friendship Circle and CTeen; both are initiatives that open their doors to children and young adults of all backgrounds and faiths with special needs. This inclusive spirit is at the heart of everything Valley Chabad does.
For more than 25 years, Valley Chabad has been a home for Jewish families of all levels of observance. The new building is a testament to that vision, and to the community that has made it possible.
The groundbreaking will include a short program, activities for people of all ages, a warm, festive atmosphere, and even cotton candy. Register at valleychabad.org/groundbreaking.
