Temple Beth Tikvah in Wayne and Jewish Family and Children’s Services of Northern NJ collaborated for a program on social media. Catherine Estes, a JFCS mental health professional, led the presentation, where she discussed its impact on our lives. A question-and-answer and discussion session followed. Topics included specific social media sites, as well as the different effects social media have on Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers.
