The Sports Night of Champions and the Kurtz Family New Jersey Jewish Sports Hall of Fame will honor the achievements of the Class of 2024 inductees on Thursday, November 14, at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. These Jewish athletes have made a lasting impact in the world of sports.

The legendary Walt “Clyde” Frazier, NBA Hall of Famer, voice of the New York Knicks and celebrated sports figure, will be there to share his insights on sports and life. Renowned for his commentary and achievements, Frazier is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee and has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Players in NBA History. His 2022 induction into the Broadcaster Hall of Fame highlights his incredible career.

Besides the Hall of Fame ceremony, there will also be a live auction with exclusive items, including once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The Joseph Taub Scholar Athlete awards will be given to two outstanding student-athletes.

Class of 2024 Hall of Fame inductees include Noah Garden, deputy commissioner for business and media for Major League Baseball; Bruce Beck, Emmy Award-winning sportscaster and lead sports anchor for WNBC; Donna Orender, former professional basketball player and WNBA president for 2005 to 2011; and Gertrude Ederle, z’l, Olympic gold medalist and the first woman to swim the English Channel, which she did in 1926.
