Reducing stress and anxiety

On the first Wednesday of each month, Rockland Jewish Family Service offers mindfulness and meditation and other techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. Experience deep relaxation and peace with music, mindfulness, and other simple tools you can use in daily life. All levels are welcome.

Meditative practices have been deeply rooted in Judaism for thousands of years. The next class is May 2 at 11 a.m. RJFS is at 450 West Nyack Road in West Nyack. All proceeds support RJFS’ mission. Call (845) 354-2121, ext. 142.
