Reducing stress and anxiety

Join Rockland Jewish Family Service the first Wednesday of the month for mindfulness and meditation, as well as other techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. Experience deep relaxation and peace with music, mindfulness, and other simple tools you can use in daily life. All levels welcome.

Meditative practices have been deeply rooted in Judaism for thousands of years. The next class is February 7 at 11 a.m. RJFS is at 450 West Nyack Road in West Nyack. All proceeds support RJFS’ mission. Call (845) 354-2121, ext.142.
