Noted cookbook author is coming to Closter

Temple Emanu-El of Closter will welcome Susie Fishbein, the international best-selling author of the “Kosher by Design” cookbook series. She will lead a cooking demonstration and tasting on Wednesday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m., at the shul.

Ms. Fishbein’s enthusiasm for food and entertaining led to the creation of her best-selling cookbook, “Kosher by Design,” published in 2003. As of 2016, Ms. Fishbein has produced nine cookbooks in the series. She also has developed a public career as a celebrity chef, with cooking demonstrations at Jewish benefits, kosher cruises, and food festivals.
