On August 12, Tammy and Moshe Greenberg hosted a Norpac pro-Israel meeting in support of New Jersey Congressman Leonard Lance (R-Dist. 7) at their Teaneck home. Leonard Lance is on the House Energy and Commerce Committee and is vice chair of the subcommittee on Commerce, Manufacturing, and Trade. He is a co-chair of the House Republican Israel Caucus for the 114th Congress.

At the meeting, Mr. Lance discussed his record on United States-Israel relations and on working on bipartisan issues. He is a member of the House Problem Solvers Caucus, a bipartisan group made up equally of Democratic and Republican members; New Jersey Congressman Josh Gottheimer (D-Dist. 5) also is part of that group. Mr. Lance was one of the first co-sponsors of the U.S.-Israel Security Assistance Authorization Act of 2018, guaranteeing a minimum $3.3 billion to Israel. He also was an early co-sponsor of the anti-BDS bill Israel Anti-Boycott Act, which protects American businesses from pressure by international organizations to boycott Israel.

Mr. Lance is running for his sixth term in November.
