The Jewish Community Organization of Northern Bergen County holds its fifth Make-A-Wish luncheon at the Edgewood Country Club in River Vale on Friday, March 2, at 11 a.m. Funds raised will enable a local 17-year-old girl with a brain malformation to go to Dade City’s Wild Things.
The JCO of Northern Bergen County, established in 1992, is a local nonprofit based in the Saddle River Valley. Through philanthropy, community outreach, and social gatherings, it raises much-needed funds for local and national charities. It has more than 100 members from the Saddle River and Pascack valleys, including Upper Saddle River, Saddle River, Ridgewood, Montvale, Woodcliff Lake, River Vale, Ho-Ho-Kus, Mahwah, and Allendale.
