Rabbi Yitz Lerner, recruitment director of Shapell’s Yeshiva and Midreshet Rachel V’Chaya, spoke at Yeshiva Ner Boruch-Passaic Torah Institute and its sister program, Neve, the local affiliate of the Neve Yerushalyim women’s college.
