Bethany Yarrow comes to Wayne

Temple Beth Tikvah in Wayne’s annual Rabbi Israel Dresner Tikkun Olan Lecture featured Bethany Yarrow. She’s the founder of Waterfall Unity Alliance and a board member of Operation Respect. Her parents were Peter Yarrow of the legendary folk group Peter, Paul and Mary, and Mary Beth McCarthy, presidential candidate Eugene McCarthy’s niece. Ms. Yarrow sang and drummed, accompanied by a guitarist. A Shabbat dinner led by Rabbi Brian Beal and Cantor Emily Simkin preceded the service.
