Alzheimer’s group to honor Rothman

Russell Rothman, who now lives in Staatsburg, N.Y., after spending many years is Oradell, is among this year’s Alzheimer’s New Jersey Circle of Honor awardees. He is being honored for his leadership in the New Jersey fight against Alzheimer’s disease and his contribution to advancing the mission of Alzheimer’s New Jersey. Awards will be presented at a gala on April 27.

Proceeds will fund Alzheimer’s New Jersey programs and services to meet the needs of the 600,000 New Jersey families living with the impact of Alzheimer’s disease.

Mr. Rothman, the president of Temple Beth El in Poughkeepsie, is a former president of the JCC of Paramus/Congregation Beth Tikvah and a former co-chair of the American Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. For information, go to www.alznj.org or call (973) 586-4300.
