Looking at the challenges journalists face today

On Tuesday, April 21, at 12:30 p.m., the Bergen County section of the National Council of Jewish Women will hold its annual advocacy forum in Teaneck. This year, it will examine the question: “Is There True Freedom of the Press?”

The panelists include Allison J. Davis, a founder of the National Association of Black Journalists, who has worked in television journalism with CBS, NBC, and MSNBC; Brianna Vannozzi, an Emmy Award-winning journalist, who is anchor of NJ Spotlight News, the newsroom of NJ PBS; Stefanie Murray, director of the Center for Cooperative Media at Montclair State University; and Arno Rosenfeld, enterprise reporter at the Forward and author of the “Antisemitism Decoded” newsletter.
