The Rockland Business Women’s Network will honor Risa B. Hoag on Thursday, June 8, at 8 a.m., at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Suffern. Ms. Hoag, of GMG Public Relations, Inc., is this year’s 2017 Service Woman of the Year.
