Thurnauer piano concert on Sunday

Steven Masi, a member of the faculty at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades’ Thurnauer School of Music, performs piano concertos by Mozart and Beethoven. He will be joined by an all-star orchestra of friends, including Thurnauer colleagues and alumni, and members of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, and Orpheus. The concert, conducted by Diego Garcia, is at the JCC on Sunday, January 7, beginning at 7 p.m. The concert also celebrates Mr. Masi’s 65th birthday. A reception follows.
