Three Teaneck institutions — Congregation Beth Sholom adult education committee, in partnership with the Davar Institute and Temple Emeth — offer “The Evolution of the American-Jewish Electorate,” on Zoom, on Sunday, October 18, at 8:30 p.m. Panelists include New Jersey Senate Majority Leader Loretta Weinberg; Arielle Angel, editor in chief of Jewish Currents; and Leonard Saxe, the Klutznick Professor of Contemporary Jewish Studies and Social Policy at Brandeis University. The panel will consider whether there is a Jewish vote, whether any Jewish vote is fragmenting along generational and denominational lines, and the role Israel plays American Jewish electoral politics. Register for Zoom link at cbsteaneck.org.
