Temples Emeth, Avodat Shalom commemorate Kristallnacht

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of Kristallnacht, David Fox, a member of Temple Emeth in Teaneck, and his sister, Barbara Luciano, who belongs to Temple Avodat Shalom in River Edge, spoke at services in Teaneck. They told their family’s Kristallnacht experience, including three vignettes from three different parts of Germany. Members of Temple Avodat Shalom, including its rabbi, Paul Jacobson, went to Emeth for evening. Kol Emet, Temple Emeth’s adult choir, performed.
