The High Holy days at Temple Emeth of Teaneck are a time of introspection and celebration. This year, most of the worship will being livestreamed from members’ homes.
Erev Rosh Hashanah services are on Friday, September 18 at 7:30 p.m., and Rosh Hashanah morning services follow on Saturday, September 19, at 10 a.m. There also will be children’s programming; a teen activity at 11:30; an outdoor family service at 3 p.m.; and a parking lot shofar service at 3:45 with socially distanced Tashlich.
On the second day of Rosh Hashanah, services are set for Sunday, September 20, at 10 a.m.; text study is at 11:30, and the parking lot shofar service at noon.
Kol Nidrei services on Sunday, September 27, are at 7:30 p.m. Yom Kippur morning services the next day begin at 10 a.m., when there also will be children’s programming; a teen activity at 10:30; outdoor family service at 2:30 p.m.; afternoon healing service at 3:45; text study at 5; Yizkor at 5:30; and ending with Neilah at 6.
