Temple Emeth offers holiday services to the community

The High Holy Days at Teaneck’s Temple Emeth are a time of introspection and celebration. Some of the High Holy Day services are open to the community at no cost; other services require tickets in advance.

On the first day of Rosh Hashanah, Saturday, September 16, everyone is welcome to the family and tot service at 3 p.m., as well as to Tashlich at 4. On the second day, September 17, the 10 a.m. service, including a shofar healing service, also is open to the community.

On Yom Kippur, Monday, September 25, all are welcome to the family and tot service at 2:30 p.m., the afternoon service at 3:45, Yizkor at 5:30, and the Neilah concluding service at 6.

Everyone is welcome to the break-the-fast dinner, with bagels, lox, tuna, and egg salad, and cream cheese, at 6:45; paid reservations must be made by September 17.

For information on any of the services, email smercado@emeth.org or call (201) 833-1322.
