Temple Emeth hosts Bookfest 2025
Nine authors, all members of Temple Emeth of Teaneck, will talk about their work at Bookfest 2025. The nine — who specialize in short stories, fiction, how-to books, and autobiographies — will offer insights on how to write and how to get published on Sunday, March 30, beginning at 2 p.m. in Emeth’s social hall.
Bookfest 2025 will include a panel discussion with authors who published the traditional way — using an agent or book packager to help them land a contract with a traditional publisher — and those who chose to self-publish. The authors will read brief passages from their books, which will be for sale; a question-and-answer session will follow. It’s free, but reservations are requested atwww.emeth.org/event/bookfest2025
