Students hear guest lecturer

Dr. Amy Rosen, a guest lecturer at the Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies, discussed medical ethics in the school’s “You Be the Judge” class. Among the issues raised was a case of two siblings quarreling over whether their mother, who had suffered a massive stroke and was on a ventilator, should be resuscitated if she were to suffer any irreversible complications. Dr. Roth is the mother of two BCHSJS students.
