Steve Frankel, founding director of the Mikdash Educational Center, is the scholar in residence at Congregation Beth Aaron this weekend, June 3-5. Tonight at 8:45 p.m., he will discuss “Listen to the Echoes of the Mikdash, or When Did the Challah Blush.” On Shabbat afternoon at 3:30 p.m., children will have a chance to “build” a mikdash; at 6:55, Mr. Frankel will use the model of the mikdash to offer a virtual tour. Between Mincha and Maariv, he will look at “Where in the World is the Lost Ark?”
