Shabbat service honors pets

Earlier this month, Wayne’s Temple Beth Tikvah brought worshipers and their pets together for its Paws Shabbat service. It included healthy snacks and water bowls for the pets and bagels and coffee for the worshipers. Rabbi Meeka Simerly welcomed participants with prayers of thankfulness for their pets.
