The Rubach Family Purim Carnival is at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly from 1 to 4 p.m. Children are encouraged to wear costumes. The carnival includes a bounce house, slides, inflatable photo booth, games, prizes, life-size cartoon characters, face painting, prizes, cotton candy, snacks, a DJ, Israeli dancing, a Purim puppet show/sing-along at 1:30 and 2:30, and more. Children with special needs and their families are welcome from noon to 1 for games and booths, Purim crafts, and other activities for an hour of fun before the carnival opens to the public.
