Rockland JFS offers tools to lessen stress and anxiety

Mindful Mornings, a calming way to reduce stress and anxiety, led by Carol King and hosted by Rockland Jewish Family Service, meets on Zoom on Mondays at 10 a.m.

The 30-minute morning meditation will help you to find more peace and stillness; the mindfulness and meditation and other techniques work to reduce stress and anxiety. It’s all done while listening to relaxing classical piano.
