Every Monday at 10 a.m., Rockland Jewish Family Service offers “Mindful Morning.” The program, on Zoom, includes mindfulness and meditation and other techniques that work to reduce stress and anxiety. It helps participants experience deep relaxation and peace with music, mindfulness, and other simple tools they can use in daily life. All levels of experience are welcome.
