Remembering Israel in Fair Lawn

The Fair Lawn Jewish Center/Congregation B’nai Israel, joined by Temple Beth Sholom of Fair Lawn, the JCC of Paramus/Congregation Beth Tikvah, and Temple Avodat Shalom of River Edge hosted a community gathering. It was an opportunity to show support for Israel, pray for peace, and unite for healing.
Participants and speakers included Fair Lawn Mayor Kurt Peluso, Rabbi Rachel Salston of the FLJC/CBI, Rabbi Arthur Weiner of the JCCP/CBT, Rabbi David Bockman of TBS, Cantor David Krasner of the JCCP/CBT, Cantor Maria Dubinsky of TAS; and Hagit Ashkenazi, a FLJC/CBI congregant.
