Rabbi Arthur Weiner, right, of the JCC of Paramus/Congregation Beth Tikvah gave the invocation as Bergen County Executive James J. Tedesco III was sworn in for his second term. The ceremony was held on January 1 at the Bergen County Academies in Hackensack.
