OU director speaking in Monsey
The Community Synagogue of Monsey and the Stern family invite the community to the 21st annual Israel and Pearl Stern Memorial Lecture. This year it is in memory of Lila Stern, who died in September. The morning event, which includes brunch, is on Sunday, March 18, at 10:15 a.m.
Rabbi Steven Weil, senior managing director of the Orthodox Union, will tackle “Are We On The Verge Of WWIII? — The Shia, The Sunni, The Iran Agreement, JCPOA (Russia, China, Germany, France, England and The United States) and Israel.”
