The Jewish Family Service of Central New Jersey offers “Quarantine Blues,” a free Zoom program for children and teens from October 13 to November 30, from 6 to 7 p.m. JFSCNJ psychotherapist Lauren Laudati and Lisa Freidenrich, a social work intern, will lead the program.

“If you are a child, tween, or teen who is tired of social distancing, this 8-week skill-building workshop will leave you feeling calmer and focused,” Ms. Laudati said.

The program is funded by grants from the Elizabethtown Healthcare Foundation and Northfield Bank.

To register your child and get the Zoom link, email llaudati@jfscentralnj.org or call (908) 352-8375.
